Travel by train and save 5% on your room price
If you arrive by train, you will receive a 5% discount on the overnight price (discount applies to all full-paying adults in the room, except during Ferragosto and NYE). In addition, you can use all means of public transport free of charge on site and we will pick you up at the train station (for a fee) or you can take the public bus (bus station located next to the train station and in Jenesien next to Hotel Saltus).

Jasmin Jaremkow is an Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher with over 17 years of teaching experience. Trained in New York City, where she lived for two years and practiced with internationally renowned teachers, she brings depth, precision, and presence to every session. She has trained more than 100 yoga teachers herself – and her retreats are known for their exceptional quality and the atmosphere of calm, clarity, and connection she creates.
With Hotel Saltus, Jasmin has found a place that fully reflects her vision of yoga, wellbeing, and a mindful way of living.
The Deep Reset Retreats begin with an intensive morning practice of yoga, breathwork, meditation, and journaling — accompanied by the specially developed Deep Reset Journal, which is available exclusively at Jasmin’s retreats and supports the reset over 100 days, far beyond the retreat itself.
In the afternoons, the focus is on mindful movement during a guided hike through the Saltner forest, time for rest and enjoying the spa area, as well as the monthly changing Deep Reset Special:

Like silent directional signs, the natural furnishings of the Waldloggia guide your gaze to the outside, where the forest and mountains define the scenery your emotions. Linen, wool, clay, and lime were woven into a natural frame for the natural spectacle outside the window.
